Yandex Data Center in Russia Hit by Ukrainian Drone Attack

The Yandex data center in the Ryazan region of western Russia was engulfed in flames and taken offline following a Ukrainian drone attack, according to the company. Thick smoke was seen rising from the facility in Sashovo.

Yandex warned that some of its services may not be available. Ukraine also claimed to have struck a major Russian oil refinery, although this has not been independently confirmed.

The attack is part of a series of strikes on Russian energy and industrial infrastructure.
