US launches cybersecurity operation to disrupt China-linked hacking network
US seizes seven internet domains to disrupt hackers working with Chinese IT firm Integrity Technology Group.
The operation is based on seizing seven internet domains to disrupt hackers scanning and breaching US and foreign critical infrastructure systems.
This marks the Department’s second public operation targeting Integrity Tech’s hacking network, following a prior court-approved action in September 2024.
The US had previously blamed China for state-sponsored hacking, including incidents targeting NASA, the Senate, and the Federal Reserve.
