US Invests $1.2 Million in Cybersecurity of the Republic of Moldova
The US government has allocated $1.2 million to develop a Cyber Security Center in Moldova.
The new structure will contribute to coordinating interventions in the case of IT incidents and protecting digital infrastructure.
The funding is part of a larger package of US investments in Moldova’s infrastructure and technological capabilities.
A Cyber Security Center will monitor cyber threats and allow for the identification and supervision of cyber attacks, as well as the coordination of necessary measures to prevent and manage security incidents.
