Unitel Breaks Ground on Theodora Campus in Marseille
The 15-hectare campus will be one of France's largest AI-focused hubs, set to open in 2029.
The campus, designed to accommodate companies, large organizations, and higher education institutions, will be built on a 15-hectare site in the North of Marseille, near the Gèze metro station. The project is led by Unitel, a Marseille-based tech company. The campus will feature high-rise buildings with green spaces and a river running through it, as envisioned in a video created entirely by artificial intelligence.
