Tactful AI Secures Strategic Funding Extension
Egyptian proptech startup Tactful AI secures undisclosed investment from Hatem Dowidar to drive agentic CX expansion.
The investment forms an extension of Tactful AI’s $1 million pre-Series A round initially announced in February 2026. The company plans to leverage the capital to deepen its presence in Egypt, expand into new EMEA markets, and accelerate R&D ahead of a planned Series A raise in 2027.
Tactful AI’s platform transitions enterprises away from basic rule-based chatbots toward true agentic execution, allowing AI agents to resolve complex customer requests end-to-end within defined corporate governance and operational controls.
Since the founders reclaimed full ownership in January 2025, Tactful AI has posted exponential operational growth, with annual recurring revenue expanding 11.7x and monthly conversation volume growing 32x over the same timeframe.
