SK Group to Invest $350 Billion in AI Data Centers

SK Group is in talks with global tech companies and investors to secure funding for its massive AI data center project in South Korea.

The first phase of the project, a 5GW data center, is expected to cost $350 billion, with the investment split between the data center’s occupants and external investors.

The company plans to adjust the investment scale according to actual AI demand and will not bear the massive investment costs alone.
