SAP Business AI Platform and Joule Now Generally Available
SAP has made its Business AI Platform generally available, offering richer business and data context for agents.
The platform, along with SAP Knowledge Graph and Joule Studio, provides governance controls to manage AI agent use across organisations. SAP’s open strategy allows for interoperability with external AI agents. The company aims to advance the development and adoption of agentic AI.
SAP’s AI strategy is to move from AI that learns how a business operates to AI that runs it, with the objective of mobilising AI to serve autonomous enterprise operations. The company’s technology empowers customers to select the right AI for a job and necessary control.
SAP has also announced its latest tabular AI model, SAP-RPT-2.0, which will support anomaly and outlier detection, and richer AI-powered analysis through embeddings.
