A pair of Marines filed a class-action lawsuit Tuesday against the Pentagon over a data breach at the Defense Manpower Data Center. The lawsuit claims the Pentagon ignored cybersecurity flaws before the breach occurred, according to the complaint filed in a US District Court in Washington, D.C.
