OpenAI and ServiceNow Expand Partnership with ChatGPT Workflow Plugin
The two companies are expanding their collaboration by integrating OpenAI's models and agents into ServiceNow's products and connecting ServiceNow's workflows with ChatGPT and Codex.
OpenAI and ServiceNow have announced an expanded partnership that brings OpenAI’s models and agents into ServiceNow’s products more deeply, and connects ServiceNow’s workflows with ChatGPT and Codex.
The partnership builds on a multi-year agreement announced in January 2026, which made OpenAI one of the recommended AI capabilities on ServiceNow’s AI platform.
ServiceNow’s AI platform will now directly use OpenAI’s models, including GPT-5.2, in organizational workflows, and the two companies plan to develop voice-to-voice technology and native voice technology in ServiceNow.
