Nvidia Negotiates Guarantees Worth Billions for Nscale and Anthropic Data Center
Nvidia is in talks to secure billions of dollars in financing guarantees for Nscale's data center in West Virginia.
The data center, dedicated to Anthropic, will have a capacity of 460 megawatts and will operate with Nvidia’s next-generation processors.
Nvidia will act as a direct guarantor of the project, assuming temporary control of the facilities and responsibility for finding a new buyer and tenant if Nscale defaults on payments.
The deal is part of Nvidia’s efforts to support the growth of the AI industry, which has been facing concerns over capital requirements and investor skepticism.
