NEC Hosts Cybersecurity Event for Female Students
20 female students from national technical colleges participated in the event, which aimed to provide a chance to learn about cybersecurity and future career paths.
The event, ‘2026 K-SEC CAMP FOR GIRLS’, was held on September 17-18, 2026, and was co-hosted by NEC and the KOSEN Cybersecurity Education Promotion Center (K-SEC).
The event aimed to provide an opportunity for female students to learn about cybersecurity and future career paths, as well as to build connections with other female students from different technical colleges.
NEC provided support for the event, including office visits and the provision of a ‘Cybersecurity Dashboard’ that visualizes cybersecurity risks in real-time.
