In smaller companies, the same person often handles multiple tasks, making it difficult to dedicate time to research and implement AI solutions.

The cost of a subscription to an AI tool is only part of the expense. Someone must connect the solution to existing processes, set up data access, and show employees how to use it. Often, data is scattered across email, Excel tables, and various programs, making it difficult to implement AI solutions.
