Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Over Spartanburg Co. Data Center

A judge dismissed a lawsuit Tuesday seeking to halt development of a data center in Spartanburg County over approvals related to its classification as a Minor Land Development.

The lawsuit claimed the data center’s developers did not follow proper procedures in obtaining the necessary permits.
