Jiangsu Establishes 41 AI Patent Pre-Examination Channels
Jiangsu province has established 41 AI patent pre-examination channels, resulting in 11,000 patents being granted quickly.
In a recent news conference on intellectual property development, Jiangsu province showcased its achievements in AI and intellectual property cooperation. 41 AI patent pre-examination channels have been opened by 9 national-level intellectual property protection centers across the province. This has led to 11,000 patents being granted quickly. The number of invention patents in the province’s AI field has reached 68,000.
