Google Unveils Gemini 4 Carbon with Focus on Coding and Cybersecurity

Gemini 4 Carbon is a new AI model developed by Google, with a focus on advanced coding and cybersecurity. It is designed to identify vulnerabilities in software and suggest fixes. This requires an AI model that can understand large amounts of code and how different components of a system interact.

According to Google’s official presentation, Carbon is a significant improvement over its previous models, including Gemini 4 Argon. In internal tests, Carbon was found to be more than twice as successful as Argon in generating secure code.
