French Cybersecurity Campaign Targets Public, Enterprises, and Schools
A nationwide cybersecurity awareness campaign in France aims to educate the public, businesses, and educational institutions about global cyber threats.
The campaign, led by Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, includes a series of workshops and interventions by Guiddy, a cybersecurity company, to raise awareness about cyber threats such as phishing, ransomware, and password security.
The workshops, held during the October school break, targeted different age groups, from seniors to adolescents, with tailored advice and activities to educate them about online safety and best practices.
Nicolas Thore, Guiddy’s president, presented his book ‘Le maillon fort, c’est vous’ and distributed a ‘Jade’ keychain and a participation diploma to each participant, along with a manga and educational materials.
