French Cybersecurity Agency Opens Investigation into TikTok Account
The Division spéciale de cybersécurité (DSC) has launched an inquiry into a TikTok account accused of spreading blasphemy and promoting LGBTQ ideology.
The inquiry was opened after a complaint was filed by Mame Mactar Guèye, vice-president of the NGO Jamra, against the TikTok account ‘Enigma 67+’, which is operated under the pseudonym ‘@visage importe_peu’.
The account is accused of publishing content that is deemed blasphemous towards religious authorities and contrary to good morals and the values of the Republic.
Jamra also alleges that the account promotes positions favorable to the LGBTQ ideology.
