Delta's Q3 Profit Rises 4.3% to 7.76 Billion Baht

Delta's Q3 profit rises 4.3% to 7.76 billion baht, driven by demand for data center power systems and AI solutions

Delta’s Q3 profit rose 4.3% to 7.76 billion baht, driven by demand for data center power systems and AI solutions. The company’s revenue increased 42.4% to 75.8 billion baht. The growth was supported by the increasing demand for data center power systems and AI solutions, which are being invested in by companies to support their AI infrastructure. Delta’s products are also in demand from various industries, including industrial power systems, medical equipment, and smart manufacturing systems.

The company’s production capacity is being increased at its new factory in Bang Pu, with two new factories expected to start operations soon. This will enable Delta to meet the growing demand for its products and reduce its reliance on imports. However, the company is still facing challenges in terms of raw material shortages and supply chain management.

Delta’s profit margin declined to 10.4% in Q3, down from 14.1% in the same period last year. This was due to changes in product sales mix, increasing production costs, and higher sales and marketing expenses. The company also recognized a loss of 1.36 billion baht due to the introduction of the Pillar Two Model Rules, which requires companies to estimate their minimum global tax liability.
