Data Architecture is the Real Foundation of AI You Can Trust

The conversation about agentic AI often focuses on the models, but a more important point is often overlooked: the scalability of agentic AI is set less by how sophisticated the model is than by how mature the data foundations beneath it are. Models will keep changing, but the architecture that gives them something coherent to reason over is what decides whether agentic AI works at scale.

A simple test shows why your AI is only as smart as the data behind it. Ask an AI assistant a question, and you’ll get the same answer if definitions and sources are agreed, but different answers if they are not.
