Tanja Fric, an AI expert and mentor, noted that companies are currently using only 20% of the capabilities of artificial intelligence in their business.
She emphasized that while AI can help with tasks such as data processing and report preparation, it is still essential for humans to be involved in the decision-making process and to have a personal touch in their work.
