The Colombian state airline SATENA is accelerating its digital transformation agenda by incorporating new AI solutions, including one that uses machine learning to improve passenger experience and operational efficiency.
The airline has also appointed Juan Pablo Ortega, co-founder of the Colombian food delivery startup Rappi, to its board of administration, bringing expertise in digital innovation and entrepreneurship to the role.
