Broadridge Appoints Former Salesforce Engineering Leader to Board
Broadridge has appointed Srinivas Tallapragada, a former Salesforce engineering leader, to its board, replacing Amit Zavery after seven years.
Broadridge, a financial infrastructure provider, is increasing its use of cloud technology, cybersecurity, and AI. The company processes over 8 billion communications per year and supports average daily trading volumes of over $18 trillion.
Tallapragada has 14 years of experience at Salesforce, where he led teams responsible for engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and professional services. He is currently a special advisor to Salesforce’s CEO and has also served on the boards of GoDaddy and SAP Labs.
Broadridge is seeking to improve its technology governance, particularly in its cloud infrastructure, and has joined Anthropic’s Project Glasswing to study the use of AI in protecting critical infrastructure.
