Artificial Intelligence to be Strategic Development Priority for SBB

Bosnian party SBB plans to include AI development and application in its political and economic priorities if elected. The party’s president Fahrudin Radončić announced this at a central pre-election gathering in Sarajevo. He stated that AI will be a strategic development priority for the party.

The party used a humanoid robot named Roby to introduce AI to the pre-election campaign. The robot spoke about Radončić’s biography and work, and then engaged in a informal conversation with the audience. Radončić described the robot’s appearance as a ‘historic moment’ for Bosnia and Herzegovina, marking the first time AI has been featured as a guest at a political gathering in the country.
