Artificial Intelligence Tested for Monitoring City Problems in Kostanay
Kostanay is testing AI technologies for monitoring city infrastructure and detecting problems.
The city is modernizing its digital control panel, which integrates monitoring tools for various city services. The system includes data from snow dump weighbridges, allowing for tracking of vehicle traffic and systematic information on snow removal. Additionally, modules for monitoring solid waste and bulky waste disposal are being improved.
The ‘Smart Lighting’ system allows for tracking of streetlight status and identifying the percentage of non-operational lights on each street. Digital tools for monitoring public transportation, including the SMS BUS system, traffic lights, and video surveillance cameras, are also being developed.
