AI-powered Scanner Reduces Disputes and Labor Costs in German Service Centers

The AI-powered scanner takes around 150 photos of each vehicle and automatically detects scratches, dents, and other damage. This information is then available to service advisors before meeting with clients.

The scanner reduces the possibility of disputes over existing damage and saves time for employees, while also helping to identify additional service needs.

The system is already being used in over 40 Mercedes-Benz service centers in Germany, with plans to expand to other car manufacturers.
