63% of Spanish Workers Use AI in Their Daily Tasks

The use of AI in the workplace is increasing, with 63% of Spanish workers already using it in their daily tasks, according to a study by Infojobs. This is 11 points more than in 2025. The study also found that 60% of employers in the country believe that AI will affect at least 50% of corporate tasks, with some cases reaching 100%.

The expert Silvia Leal recommends that professionals think about which part of their work is changing and how AI can help them add value. She also suggests taking online courses, such as those offered by Santander Open Academy, to understand the potential of AI and apply it to professional challenges.

The adoption of AI is not limited to Spain, with the World Economic Forum’s report on the future of employment 2025 highlighting the need for professionals to adapt to the changing job market. The report estimates that 40% of the skills required by companies will change in the next few years.
