58% of HR Specialists in Peru Use AI for Recruitment
Peruvian companies are turning to AI to streamline their hiring processes, with 58% of HR specialists already using the technology.
The use of digital tools is gaining ground in Peruvian recruitment, with AI transforming the selection process. In the last four years, job postings on Bumeran have increased by 18%, and the average number of job postings per person has risen from seven in 2022 to nine in August 2026. This scenario presents new challenges for recruiters, who must analyze more profiles without losing sight of the skills required for each vacancy.
According to the Reclutamiento y Postulación Digital study, 58% of HR specialists in Peru already use AI during the selection process. Among those who use this technology, 37% use it to create job descriptions and improve job ads, while 21% use it to identify candidates based on keywords and specific requirements.
The application of these tools also reaches the initial evaluation of applicants.
